CONTEMPORARY ART

We only trade in the work of artists who hang in our home, and whose work we are happy to live with. Most of the work we sell comes directly from our walls, and is by artists we either know or admire.

ALMA SINGER

Alma Singer’s thought-provoking work explores issues around value, politics, art, identity and female sexuality in a playful and naive execution. Alma Singer is the working name for Kent-based artist Carla Nizzola.

Working under a pseudonym allows Carla to overcome the insecurities that come with exhibiting her work, and presents her with the opportunity to reveal aspects of herself that are often hidden from view. View works by Alma Singer currently available below.

BRIDGET RILEY

Bridget Riley is one of the most influential artists of the twentieth century, known for her pioneering work in abstraction and optical perception.

Her compositions create movement, rhythm and visual tension, offering works that remain as intellectually engaging as they are visually striking. Discover works by Bridget Riley currently available.

DAVID SHRIGLEY

David Shrigley’s work is instantly recognisable for its directness, wit and unsettling honesty. Using humour as a tool rather than a shield, his drawings and texts offer sharp observations on everyday life, belief and absurdity. Browse selected works by David Shrigley in our collection.

HARLAND MILLER

Harland Miller’s work sits at the intersection of literature, pop culture and fine art. Best known for his painted book covers, Miller uses familiar formats to explore humour, nostalgia and self-reflection with a bold graphic confidence. View works by Harland Miller currently available below.

RUSTY

Rusty's textured and expressive painting style explores the female gaze through gestural, decorative nudes, portraits and plants. Her subject matter is mostly concerned with female representation.

Rusty feels that for women of her generation, it is important to ‘own’ how women are presented and viewed. Her background in textiles deeply influences her painting style, infusing her work with a rich, tactile quality. Browse available works by Rusty below.

THE CONNOR BROTHERS

The Connor Brothers combine text and image to explore love, identity and truth through a deliberately fragmented narrative. Their work plays with authorship and belief, blurring the line between sincerity and fiction in a way that feels both playful and provocative. TRACEY EMIN

Tracey Emin’s work is rooted in autobiography, vulnerability and emotional truth. Through drawing, text and mixed media, her practice explores intimacy and memory with an unfiltered honesty that has defined her position in contemporary art. Browse available works by Tracey Emin below.

NATURAL HISTORY

Our passion for natural history is rooted in childhood, collecting fossils and minerals along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset. As collectors we look for objects that invoke a sense of wonder, from dinosaur skulls to gogottes and meteorites. Living with these objects connects us to something far greater than ourselves.

GOGOTTES

Gogottes are naturally occurring sandstone concretions found in the Fontainebleau region of France. Explore the history of these extraordinary minerals in art and culture and view our latest collection.

FOSSILS

Fossils offer a direct connection to deep time. From ammonites to large-scale specimens, our collection focuses on pieces that combine scientific significance with visual presence, inviting curiosity and contemplation. View the fossils currently available in our collection below.

OBJECTS FROM OUTER SPACE

Objects from outer space offer a rare and humbling perspective. Meteorites and celestial material remind us of our place within a vast universe, carrying both scientific importance and a powerful sense of wonder. Explore meteorites and objects from outer space currently available.

PRIMITIVE ANTIQUES

We live alongside the primitive antiques in our slowly evolving collection. Each item is carefully chosen for its quality, history, and aesthetic appeal, but most of all we collect and sell humble antiques with unique stories to share.

ANTIQUE TABLES

Antique tables are objects of daily ritual and gathering. Chosen for their balance, form and proportion, each table in our collection carries a history of use while remaining relevant in contemporary interiors. Explore the antique tables currently available.

ANTIQUE CHAIRS

Our collection of antique chairs focuses on form, wear and quiet functionality. Each piece bears the marks of use and time, valued not only for its construction but for the life it has already lived. View antique chairs currently available in the collection.

ANTIQUE STOOLS

Often overlooked, antique stools offer some of the most honest expressions of form and function. Simple, utilitarian and beautifully worn, these pieces sit easily within both traditional and modern settings. Browse the current selection of antique stools below.

PRIMITIVE OBJECTS

Beyond furniture, we collect primitive objects shaped by necessity and time. From utilitarian tools to sculptural forms, these antiques are valued for their material presence and the stories embedded within them. Discover a changing selection of objects in this category.
